A Protocol for Operators
The story

Built by operators who failed the same tests you're staring down.

The educators behind Stratos Academy are practicing operators — contractors, traders, and real estate professionals who walked the same credentialing path you're on now. Several of them sat for the Virginia HIC test, the NFA Series 3, and the VREB Salesperson exam below the pass line on the first attempt. They've been where you are.

The problem wasn't the material. The problem was the methodology. The prep schools they tried sold corporate test-prep theater — generic question banks, no progress tracking, no targeted drills on the topics they were actually losing points on. They were taught to study like college students. Operators don't study like college students.

"We rebuilt the prep system from scratch — protocol bank, side-effects tracker, library cross-mapped to source material. That's what's on this platform."

The educators built protocol banks from the source material — harder than the real PSI, NFA, and VREB tests. Each new version weighted heavier on the topics members were bleeding points on. The result: a measurable trajectory from cold-start to pass-line, logged attempt by attempt, side-effect by side-effect. The Friday smoke drill the night before the real exam. Seven hours of sleep. Walk in. Clear.

Why this exists

What works for HIC works for any licensing exam. CIC. Series 3. Series 30. VA Real Estate. The protocol is portable. The tooling is portable. The Library — every passage in the IRC, IBC, NFA manual highlighted with the specific test question that maps to it — is the moat. No competitor in this segment has it because no operator has built a competitor in this segment yet.

Stratos Academy is what the educators wish they'd had when they were sitting for these tests. Now you can have it for less than half the price of one prep school weekend.

What we're not

We're not content marketers. We're not a prep company in a suit. We're not going to promise you'll pass — NFA compliance prohibits that on Series 3 and 30, and nobody legitimate makes that promise on any exam. What we will tell you is the methodology is real, the trajectory data is real, and the platform was built by people who actually walked this same path.

If you're stacking credentials — a contractor going from Class A to specialty, a trader going from Series 3 to Series 30, a real estate professional going from Salesperson to Broker — you're operating like an operator. You deserve a tool built like one.
